eCommerce Brand Manager

Job Summary

The eCommerce Brand Manager plays a key role in in our efforts to accelerate our global eCommerce growth. The manager will help build the eCommerce business and capabilities across one or more brands. He/she will deliver direct sales growth by leading the development and implementation of eTail digital marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across our brand portfolio.  He/she will lead agency and vendor relationships in support of digital strategies, managing and improving digital shelf asset integrity and optimizing eCommerce performance of marketing programs.

The ideal candidate for this high-visibility position will be highly analytical, well-organized, and capable of forming new insights across our brands. The candidate must have the capacity to quickly learn the business and cover various functional competencies. Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing and/or eCommerce highly desired.

This candidate should have outstanding interpersonal skills to work with internal and external teams, the capability to analyze data while at the same time providing insights and a practical mindset reflected in great problem-solving and a proclivity for action.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plan in conjunction with the eCommerce Marketing team and the customer team.
  • Deliver Net Sales for eCommerce in line with strategy while managing the advertising and promotion budgets.
  • Engage relevant team members to act upon customer needs in a timely manner and drive resolution from start to finish.
  • Oversee sales reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Manage digital content, ensuring engaging imagery, assortment, and offers for each activation.
  • Build and implement measurement plans that demonstrate delivery against business and initiative objectives, as well as support continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Manage eCommerce performance marketing activities, budgets and relationships with key agencies, vendors, and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities, piloting and implementing emerging technologies for eCommerce (with internal tech team).
  • Drive development of eCommerce creative (in partnership with Marketing), ensure the eCommerce experience is on-brand and aligned with marketing to drive acquisition, sales, and retention.

 

Position Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience and proven depth-of-knowledge of eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience in working for global brands / running eCommerce activities for markets outside of Israel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge in eCommerce platforms & functionality.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask under time constraints in a changing environment.
  • Superior time management and project management skills and ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.
  • Strong business and financial knowledge and superb analytical skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to connect dots between historical learning, data sets and future opportunities.
  • Passion for digital and eCommerce space and understanding of key players and concepts in digital.
  • Ability to leverage insights into marketing creative which drives growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets, external agencies and vendor partners.
