Job Responsibilities:

  • Approach customer actively to drive the high sales volume

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus

Hair Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers incoming calls and emails
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up after sales service issues and product warranty services
  • Ensure that all enquiries at the social media channel are in compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies and guideline
  • Cooperate with Sales & Marketing team to provide support of CRM project

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder / Degree holder or equivalent
  • 2 years or above experience in customer service
  • Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Multi-tasked and high sense of prioritization and time management
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement diversified marketing programs including branding campaigns, events, media relations, digital marketing, copy-writing, joint promotions, advertising and premium sourcing to promote our brand and products to the commercial and public sector in Hong Kong and China
  • Develop marketing material & sales kits such as leaflets, website information and sales presentations
  • Coordinate and be responsible for marketing event management
  • Collect data, analyse program/campaign statistics and generate performance reports
  • Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external teams with the implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Provide ad-hoc and day-to-day marketing operations support for the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant Marketing experience in retail industry
  • Less experience will be considered as a Marketing Assistant
  • Experience in beauty retail is an advantage
  • Excellent marketing, communication and analytic skills
  • Understanding of digital advertising
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Ability to think creatively and strong leadership
  • Strong computer aptitude including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Adobe software knowledge such as photoshop, illustrator knowledge is an advantage
  • Multi-tasked, flexible and detail oriented

Sales Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and increase sales of the brands
  • Reach the targets and goals set for area
  • Work together with the sales team and manage them on counters/shops to monitor the progress of the sales ability and boost up the sales result
  • Set sales targets for individual beauty consultants and your team as a whole
  • Recruit, coach and train sales staff on counters/ shops
  • Handle the roster of the area and make good allocation of the sales staff in order to maximize their ability
  • Monitor the grooming of the beauty consultants and the tidiness of the counters/shops
  • Develop sales strategies and set targets
  • Monitor your team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
  • Collect customer feedback and market research
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Establish, maintain and expand customer base
  • Service the needs of existing customers
  • Increase business opportunities
  • Report to Division Manager

Requirements:

  • University graduate with business/sales/training is advantage
  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales and management experience in retail beauty industry
  • Familiar with Beauty industry and latest skincare trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively with an excellent business sense and leadership
  • Fluent in spoken/ written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and provide training curriculum and class to all frontline staff
  • Design, create, translate training tools for products knowledge, sales communication skills, mind and attitude, customer service, POS, grooming and competitors
  • Coach & evaluate frontline staff at counters/shops to improve their selling technique, work together with the sales team to monitor the progress of their sales ability
  • Review and maximize training effects to enhance the brand’s development
  • Cooperate with Training Manager and Sales Area Managers to create, maintain, improve the overall standards of Frontline staff
  • Handle customer complaints including product, services and others

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years or above of experience in retail beauty training
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
  • Proficient in MS computer literacy and applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
